The Game Room is open in the mornings for senior citizens from 9am to 11am and open for the public from 2:30-7pm, Monday through Friday.

You will find a variety of activities in our game room from billiards, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and other activities. Monthly tournaments are usually held.

Open Gym Print E-mail

Our full size basketball court is open with daily structured sports like kickball, indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball and relays.

Summer Gym Hours: 1:00pm-7:00pm

Regular Hours during the school year: 2:30pm-7pm

We are always in need of volunteer coaches, assistants, score keepers, referees and general helpers. Would you like to volunteer?

Boxing Print E-mail

Boxing Classes are available Monday through Friday from 4pm until 5:30pm. Come and learn the basics of Boxing and advance into intermediate and advanced boxing.

You must have a membership to participate and to purchase wraps on your own (about $5).


 
For Seniors Print E-mail

The Red Shield Center offers bingo with lunch to follow for seniors who are looking to get out and have fun! For 50¢, you can join us at 10am every Thursday.


 
Weight Room Print E-mail

The weight room is a great place to come exercise in a small, quieter setting. On-your-own exercise machines are available daily from 9am-7pm. Adults only are permitted. Use of the weight room is included in membership or for a non-member fee of $2 per day.
